Roles and Responsibilities

Primary Position

Function:
Working closely with executive
leadership, the Business Intelligence Analyst performs detailed analyses for
the commercial organization to provide strategic guidance to senior
executives. Integral to
industry-leading growth, the Business Intelligence Analyst assists in
developing strategies and building commercial infrastructure to support the
expanding market for robotic surgery.

• Serve as the dedicated business consultant for executive sales

leadership

• Lead cross functional-teams to develop solutions to critical

operational is! sues

• Aid in the design of commercial infrast! ructure that can deliver

industry-leading growth

• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and the ability to present,

articulate, and defend analyses, diplomatically, on a routine basis

• Provide detailed and actionable

analysis to the sales organization to drive performance

• Execute Sales & Marketing Operations initiatives, including ( but

not limited to):
§ Forecasting and quota setting

§ Compensation structures and territory
design

§ Support marketing and physician
training initiatives

Skill / Job Requirements

Competency requirements
based on education, training, skills, and experience. In order to adequately perform the responsibilities of this

position the individual must:

• Have a minimum four ( 4) year bachelor’s degree from an accredited

institution in a relevant field and fiv! e ( 5) years of relevant work
experience. Graduate degree in a
relevant field strongly preferred

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast paced environment

with minimal supervision

• Must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail,

and ability to support multiple projects concurrently

• Strong sales forecasting and working knowledge of sales cycles

preferred

• Advanced Excel skills required. MS Access or other database and SAP skills preferred
• Prefer working knowledge of Business Objects ( aka BOXI)
• Knowledge of CRM systems ( e.g. NetSuite, SalesForce) and Hyperion an

advantage

• Desire to build a career in the medical device industry
