- Respond to inquiries in a courteous and timely manner, utilizing proper grammar and verbal skills
- Provide optimal patient experience by effectively resolving issues on a patient's first call
- Coordinate appointment schedule
- Take payments
- Use multiple computer applications concurrently, maneuvering through their respective functions
- Work as a consultative partner to your clients, building rapport and providing direction
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual preferred, but not required
- Dental field experience a plus, but not required
- Call Center experience a plus, but not required
