Our client require a Senior M&E Planner for a data centre project in Odense, Denmark.
This will be a direct staff role & will carry a competitive salary package DOE.
You must have Mechanical & Electrical experience on data centre or pharmaceutical projects.
You must have experience on projects from €50m upwards in value.
You must be eligible to work in Denmark with immediate effect (EU resident / passport holder or have a work permit).

Roles and responsibilities
Project Planning using Primavera P6 or ASTA PowerProject
Develop Pre-Construction, Construction and Commissioning Programmes as part of the project team
Development of the Project Controls Systems specific to the Project
Setup WBS
Set up Progress Measurement System (PMS)
Develop the Schedule, S-Curves and Manpower Histograms
Cost Loading of Programs (as required)
Baseline the Schedule
Implementing the Project Controls system
Progress Measuring of all works, Direct & Sub-Contract, using the bespoke PMS
Monitoring of Labour man hours & Analyse Labour Efficiencies
Update the Schedule in Primavera/ASTA
Systems Turnover Tracking
Monitor delays & client Notifications as required
Monthly Project Reporting to Senior Management
Project Reports
Requirements
Detailed knowledge of the Planner role
Commercial understanding
Health, Safety and Environmental systems
Knowledge of BIM & Engineering Process particularly at Pre-Construction Stage
Knowledge & understanding of QA handover Process and Commissioning (Cx) at project turnover stage.
Conditions
Negotiable salary DOE
Overseas living allowance of €8,500 EUR per year (after tax) on top of salary for anyone relocating
Accommodation paid (shared but own room)
Local transport paid (shared vehicle)
Flights paid
17 days on / 4 days off rotation

Salary: 65,000.00kr. - 80,000.00kr. per year
