- Lead P2I Invoicing Team ensuring a compliant and efficient execution of the Accounting Process.
- Act as face for Cluster Business Partners and Finance Community
- Drive & Implement Procure to Invoice E2E Strategy in close alignment with P2I Head
- Assure a proper & efficient pool management based on continues process improvement initiatives , training & technology
- Enhance policies and procedures related to AP
- Support Team Leaders to execute a proper workload analysis and resource assignation
- Resolve complex situations with the Team Leaders
- Lead month end and Year End closing process for P2P Accounting
- Participate & support implementation of the P2P Excellence Project
- Propose & supervise implementation of continues improvement measures in alignment with E2E Process Management (Assess existing processes and deliver improvement ideas)
- Implement/spread E2E awareness amongst all relevant process stakeholders
Monitor the relevant KPIs AND SLA´s and ensure quality of service delivery and optimum performance- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Lead, develop & mentor direct team members & provide clear set up for team strategy
- Monitor team environment to avoid regrettable looses
- Communicate & Escalate compliance breaches
Perfil ideal
- Completed professional education with degree in Business Administration and/or Management, Finance or related areas
- Professional Experience is similar Industries in accounting environment with 5 - 7 years in leading positions in (Corporate Hub set up is a plus)
- Very good knowledge of SAP module FI + workflow solutions and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in KPI reporting & analysis
Proven track record of leading operational P2P Teams- Fluent in English (Local language + other language a plus)
