· Seven (7) years of experience as a Business Analyst
ü A master’s degree substitutes for three years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree substitutes for two years, or an associate’s degree substitutes for one year
· Three (3) years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst
· Two (2) engagements lasting more than six (6) months conducting business analysis for health insurance projects
Desired Skills
· Experience with all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
· Lead BA experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Services
· Business Analyst Certification (IIBA certification or equivalent)
Tasks
· Create project schedule and work plan in collaboration with project managers
· Coordinate communication and decision-making between business, technology partners, Federal regulators, and other key stakeholders
· Gather requirements
· Perform gap-fit analysis
· Create and manage Change Requests
· Assist in drafting training and other stakeholder documentation
· Develop and execute user acceptance testing
· Provide knowledge transfer
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
