- Must be U. S. Citizens.
- Must have successfully completed an accredited MD/DO program.
- Must have completed an accredited Pediatrics program.
- Must be currently Board Certified or Board Eligible (within five years from completion of Pediatrics fellowship program.
- Must be a licensed Pediatrician in the State of Georgia.
- Must have valid DEA certifiation with no encumbrances.
- Must have clean malpractice record.
