Scope of work:
- Lead the internal audit and on-site audit activities.
- Directly working with clients, handle customer complaints to investigate and improve quality standards
- Training to team members and other departments on quality management.
- Prepare relevant report to Management team
- Drives continuous improvement (LEAN/KAIZEN) activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field.
- Hands on experience with at least 5 years working in Quality management
- Proficient in English is a must.
- Strong at building quality management systems and running operation activities.
- Good experience in Continuous Improvement, LEAN, KAIZEN
- Good knowledge in ISO 14001 and ISO 9001
- Candidate with working experience in Automotive industry will be preferred.
- Pro-active and flexible.
