EAST VALLEY ANIMAL CLINIC is looking for an outgoing, energetic, people-oriented customer service representative with a positive attitude to join our team. East Valley team members work together with one common goal, to provide the very best medicine and customer service possible to our clients and their pets. Here at East Valley, the Customer Service Reps are a critical member of the pet care team. We are a 6 doctor AAHA accredited Animal Clinic located in Apple Valley, Mn.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Availability to work full-time Monday - Saturday
- Front desk coordination of patient triage, data entry, prescription request, invoicing, and payment transactions
- Appointment scheduling
- Client education
- Maintain high standard of hospital safety and cleanliness
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Veterinary experience preferred, but not required
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter that can prioritize tasks and work calmly under pressure while maintaining a friendly, compassionate and professional demeanor
- Proficient in data entry and general computer skills
- Efficiency multitasking at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellence in customer service as well as client and team communication
- Ability to accurately convey medical information from veterinarian to client via written and verbal communication and maintain confidentiality when needed.
