OFFICE + PERSONAL ASSISTANT
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to support our fashion content creator in all administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic and creative team in the fashion/content industry.
POSITION DETAILS
In-Office & Part Time
$17/hr
4 hours/weekday, 5x a week (hours change depending on the day but must be available sometime between 10am-6pm)
Office location: Downtown Los Angeles, Historic District
QUALIFICATION
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Passion for and understanding of the fashion industry & current trends
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Familiar with Social Media platforms - Instagram Posts/Reels/Stories, Tik Tok Posts/Live, YouTube Shorts/Videos, Pinterest, and SnapChat
- Pet sitting experience is a plus :)
A TYPICAL DAILY ITINERARY
➔ Check messages, threads, email, and respond to any messages
➔ Work on Go-Backs (clothing, shoes, accessories, misc) & keep things organized
➔ Basic errands (home depot runs, mail/package pick up, recycle, etc)
➔ Handling requests and queries appropriately
➔ Look for social media trends, come up with new ideas
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Personal assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
