Job Description

  • Client contract management, sales orders postings, invoice processing,
  • Price calculations, payment collection, claim management, reconciliation with customers,
  • Suppliers contract management, purchase orders posting, create,
  • Payment requests, payments control, invoices processing, claim management, bonus calculation and
  • Collection, reconciliation with suppliers, extra expectations: system and process improvement, quality management, increase efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in Accounting and Finance, Economy or Business Administration.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in a similar or data-processing role which requires responsibilities for details with good aptitude to learn. Experience at Big4 companies could be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English, in both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Strong understanding of billing and collection targets and their achievement in relation to the financial management of a large Professional Service firm environment.
