Your Title: Accounting Professional
Job Location: Brasov, Romania

What You Will Do
Review and processing of supplier invoices; resolve invoice discrepancies
Correspond to suppliers and respond to inquiries
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
Process bank statements on a daily basis
Analyze the operational expenses on a monthly basis, accrue missing costs
Reconcile intercompany accounts on a monthly basis
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and bank transactions on a monthly bases
Collaborate with the Accounting Manager in preparing the monthly/annual financial-accounting close
Collaborate with the Accounting Manager in the preparation of the trial balance, balance sheets and tax returns in accordance with the statutory legislation in force and with the company’s policies.
Assist in maintaining expense tool Concur by updating and maintaining employee details and supporting daily questions
Provide supporting documentation for audits
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Bachelor or university degree, ideally in accounting or finance
Proven experience in accountancy
Strong communication (verbal and written) in English and Romanian required
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Good organizing skills
Analytical and calculation skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture
Good ability to adapt to changes
Able to work independently, as well as in a team
The ability to make quick decisions and the sense of responsibility
Experience with Oracle and/or Winmentor would be beneficial
