Description: The Stembridge Agency, LLC. is employing Pediatric Hospitalist right now, this job will be placed in Georgia. More details about this job opportunity please read the description below. Our hospital pediatric program has grown to a point where we are going to try to put together a hybrid pediatric hospitalist program for now that will ultimately grow into a full-fledged pediatric hospitalist program. We are now looking for a BC/BE pediatrician whose scope of work will include primarily inpatient work, attendance at high risk deliveries, management of nursery patients, inpatient care for an established four physician pediatric practice (with hopes of attracting regional referrals as the program grows) and emergency department consultations. This position will include Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Regarding salary, we will be very aggressive with a signing bonus and salary to get the candidate we want. Since this is a new position we are hesitant to give parameters.

We are general medical and surgical hospital with 104 beds. Survey data for the latest year available shows that 29,148 patients visited the hospital's emergency room. The hospital had a total of 4,242 admissions. Its physicians performed 1,063 inpatient and 2,996 outpatient surgeries.
