The CV and Specialty Care DSM will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of sales representatives who will call upon Allergists, Pediatricians, Cardiologists (both Medical Cardiologists and Electrophysiologists), as well as additional customers, key players and decision makers both within and outside of the hospital setting. CV and Specialty Care DSMs are expected to possess a high level of product and customer knowledge, as well as an entrepreneurial drive and spirit to lead their teams in expanding, growing and owning their business.Job Duties: Teaching, training and coac! hing sales professionals regarding products and safe driving s! kills and behaviors. Planning, budgeting, analysis, and administration. Focus in business or life science preferred.Minimum of 3 years successful experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative, including 2 years of hospital sales experience preferred, as well as management experience.Allergy, Cardiovascular or 9other Special! ist therapeutic experience desiredDSM experience required.
