We have opened a search for an ENT experienced PA to join our team - must have at least three years experience as an ENT PA. The base salary will be determined by the candidate's! experience and we understand to get the super star candidate we need we will have to be aggressive with our overall package which will include a very competitive base and productivity bonuses. Selected candidate will receive excellent benefits including full relocation payment, major medical, dental, life insurance, retirement, CME allowance, etc. There are currently two ENT's and one NP in the very established practice. Hospital responsibilities would include surgically assisting in thyroid and other head/neck cases, assisting in call coverage, seeing consultations, and rounding on in-patients. Office duties would involve seeing adult and pediatric patients.
