Description

To assist the professional in performing direct and indirect nursing activitie! s for pediatric to geriatric patients. Supports the general functions of the nursing unit under direction of the nurse. Performs some technical and specialized procedures or treatments following satisfactory validation of competency skills.
Qualifications
:
REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING, and/or EXPERIENCE
Satisfactory completion of Surgical Technologist course required.
REQUIRED LICENSES and CERTIFICATIONS
BLS certification required.
Surgical Technologist certification desired.
OTHER REQUIRED SPECIAL SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE
Training and experience to be able to complete performance responsibilities of this job description.
Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
