Kaye/Bassman International has been engaged by a Regional Hospital System and Clinics to locate a Pharmacist for their Pharmacy IT Manager position. This beautiful, financially sound Medical Center and Hospital system provides the surrounding communities with a number of medical specialties ranging from comprehensive cardiac, pediatric and trauma care to family-based primary care services. The System Director of Pharmacy looking for someone with a strong IT Pharmacy background to lead the IT team as they continue to grow and upgrade the Pharmacy System and implement CPOE.

Schedule:

• Day Shift

Compensation:

• $130,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
• Sign-on and/or retention bonus
• Relocation assistance if needed
• Employer matched retirement

Responsibilities:
Responsible for system-wide coordination of all medication use technology-based process: e-MAR, CPOE, unit-based cabinets, robotics, to smart pump applications and the pharmacy system infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with 3+ years of

related IT experience

• Current Pharmacist license by State Board of

Pharmacy

• Prefer a Pharm D. with residency in Informatics, or

Masters

• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work

with team members required

• Must have previous experience with implementation
